Jeroen van den Broek

Jeroen completed a B.S.C in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands). After completion of his undergraduate degree, he received a Fulbright scholarship at Stanford University (USA). This is where he completed both his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees within four years. During his graduate studies, Jeroen gained applied experience working for McKinsey and BCG consulting companies working on strategy projects covering employee satisfaction and monitoring technology. After completing his Ph.D. in 1980, he accepted an academic appointment as an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington's doctoral program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Research generated in his lab has been published in the top international journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behaviour. Jeroen currently serves as an editor for journals including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. In 1984, he co-founded MedicumSearch in Geneva, Switzerland with Jacques Solon, complementing Jaques’ medical skillset with his own expertise in Occupational Psychology.
Currently Jeroen is responsible for new business development and strategic alliances.
